I'm very happy with the ring. It was hard to tell from the picture but the finish is a bright shiny high polish. The weight is nice and heavy for its size. The package arrived very quickly. I'm very pleased with the purchase experience as well as the product.

a little disappointed
Hey.. just wanted to say i was extremely surprised at how fast the shipping of this product was.I did not expect it until after xmas.Probably one of the fastest shipping processes. however i was extremely dissapointed when i saw the ring.Keeping in mind that this ring was $1791.40 and was on sale for $399. you would expect to see a $1791.40 value.There is no way this ring could be anywhere worth that.The ring was a big dissapointment and i had to pay an additional $160.usd to modify it. The ring shank was way to thin.The diamonds were 3 diamonds TOTALING 1/2 carat though the diamonds tested "A" Grade in Quality. To Potential buyers the ring looked nothing like the picture online. it is much thinner and you should probably ask the company to email you an actual picture or dimensions.

Sparkles!I have a 1/2 karat engagement ring of good clarity but was on a tighter budget now closer to the wedding day and had my heart set on a channel set band and was kind of skeptical when looking online.
I am VERY impressed with the quality that I received especially for the price! Even though they are a lesser clarity they sparkle just fine next to my engagement ring!

Beautiful ring for the price..To be honest when I ordered this ring I thought I would return it if I don't like it. I've seen lots of rings with similar condition. I've seen 10K with 1/10 ct. at $99.99 and 10k with 1/4 ct. at $199 and 14k with 1/4 ct at $299. The first two rings I've seen at retail shops.. didn't look good. Diamond on $99 ring was too yellow and diamond on $199 ring was too cloudy. Then I saw this ring at amazon.com there was 20% promotion (I bought this at $119.20# and I still had some time so I thought I would try... If I didn't like it then I was gonna return it and just buy $299 ring. My expectation was very low...
I got this ring today... I was speechless... It really was beyond my expectation. Diamond is shiny and sparkling. This ring doesn't look cheap at all. This ring looks just as good as $299 ring that I was gonna buy.... or even better..... I am completely satisfied...
In addition MontRed customer service was great too. The ring was supposed to be shipped by yesterday but I didn't get it. So I called customer service to cancel the order. #Like I said my expectation was low.. ) But then this really kind customer service guy apologized to me saying there was defect on my ring so they had to make a new ring. He said he would ship it overnight so that I could get it today. Well... You can always make a mistake when you do the business but I think what really makes difference is how to handle it. And they did really good job and I am really glad I didn't cancel the ring.

First class ringMy husband & I were thrilled when we received this ring for our wedding. It is the perfect ring for his hand and the weight and quality of the ring are "first class". We shopped several places and could not find a better ring or competitive price. The service from Amazon for shipping was excellent as we needed the ring shipped by a deadline. We are completely satisfied with this purchase and recommend it highly.
