The blue topaz has been treated I am most certain but it is very beautiful and large in a size 7. The diamonds are nothing to write home about but I didn't expect them to be. The picture of the ring you are viewing is likely a size 5 so keep that in mind. Only 40 big ones. I have little to complain about.More detail ...
